What a blessing this book turned out to be! I must
thank the Lord for leading me to such a wonderful
person, and then to this book.
Marilyn has given me tricks and methods that finally
make sense to me. Plus, the book comes with a CD
full of wonderful forms, and I can never get enough
forms! From the Getting Started chapter right
through to Teaching Life Skills to Finishing Well,
Marilyn has produced a fantastic, workable method
to finally giving this very disorganized mom a place to start, and step by
step instructions on how to get there.
Definitely a must-read for chronically disorganized moms like me. Then
again, it's fantastic for everyone, with a load of very valuable
information. I know I will definitely be turning to it again and again.
This curriculum has been an answer to our
prayers! The children are much more
enthusiastic about history and science
now, and it's all thanks to you. The layout of Connect the Thoughts is
just fantastic, and makes teaching multiple ages that much simpler.
All of our children, including our middle child (who normally shows little
enthusiasm for science), are enjoying their studies so much more, and
completing them at a speed that I can barely keep up with. Would you
believe that they are actually retaining the information as well? At
first I thought they were just trying to get it done as fast as possible,
but I was wrong. They are working this quickly because they want to
study more...I just don't believe it!
Thanks again for such a wonderful curriculum. I am learning just as
much as the children are, and I can understand why they are enjoying it
to such a high degree.

When I first saw Spelling Wisdom, I was so excited!
However, at the same time, I was nervous about using
it with our children. Our primary learning language is
French, and I thought maybe I was trying to hard, too
soon with them, especially our youngest.
Boy, was I wrong! Even with the various learning
differences our children struggle with, Spelling Wisdom
turned out to be such a blessing to our family. I am having a hard time
limiting our dictation and spelling to two lessons a week! The children just
can't seem to get enough of the great bits of literature they come across!
Not only are my children learning their English vocabulary and grammar
with ease, but their handwriting is improving too! I must thank you all so
much for yet another wonderful resource for our family!
If you are even remotely as unorganized as I am,
this is the most FANTASTIC way to homeschool.
Not only does Molly have some great ideas about
organization, all of her material is at VERY
reasonable prices, or even free! It's impossible to
get confused while implementing this!!!
She has even got our chores (mine included) functioning at a wonderful pace,
and I think our whole household will function much better. Dare I
say...goodbye headaches related to chores and school work? Each person in
the house has their own file box with their index cards for the week.
Chores to be done on a daily basis are separated by day of the week, and
school work is separated by week. If they finish all their school work in one
subject all on the same day, that's fine with me...makes it easier to review
at the end of the week. THANK YOU MOLLY!
